Mr. Kempton conducts property valuation and provides real estate consulting services to office and industrial clients within the Greater Boston area. He identifies well located “added-value” multi-family, R&D, office and industrial properties for our investment clients.

Chuenfung Lin, AIA, VP Development Planning
With responsibility for projects from $5 million to $400 million, C.F. Lin’s experience encompasses project design, AE team management, consultant coordination, relations with user groups, clients and government agencies, and facilitating permitting for public agencies. His projects have included laboratory, campus and planning projects, office buildings, hotels, housing, historic preservation, institutional and government. He and Eden Milroy have collaborated on high-rise projects overseas. Mr. Lin brings important large project planning capabilities to Pilot.
Kathryn Maynes, Vice President
As residential property manager for several ownership groups in more than a dozen buildings, she has overseen day-to-day portfolio operations, including supervision of staff and coordination of contractors and vendors, collections and accounting. With Pilot since 2002, she has supported construction administration as well as managing commercial and industrial properties, including remote monitoring of security and building infrastructure.
