Property Management

Pilot Development has managed a variety of real estate properties for the past ten years, including office, R&D, industrial and residential. We welcome engagements for small to medium sized properties located in Greater Boston communities out to Route 128. Our strength is in commercial properties to 100,000 square feet. We are also experienced with management of small retail strip centers. Our property management property owners have included individuals and institutional investors.

► Marketing and Leasing: Pilot welcomes the formation of good relationships with existing tenants, and will also aggressively market and lease unoccupied space. We will advise the owner on the best available marketing options for each situation. We keep our clients up to date on local market conditions.

► Reporting and Accounting: Monthly, annual, and budget reporting can be tailored to your requirements, or we can suggest a format appropriate for the property. Our accounting has satisfied the needs of both small investors and large institutions.

► Maintenance: Pilot engages contract vendors on a competitive basis, and/or hires onsite maintenance staff according to property size and situation.

► Tenant Response: Pilot is available 24/7 to respond to both tenant and building emergencies.

► Asset Management: Pilot is also an experienced asset manager for the property types described above, and for larger residential communities. We are available to share our experience with building owners, and assist them in either repositioning their property, refinancing, recapitalization or sale.
